Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

Standard Shipping (CJ Packet / USPS): 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (CJ Express / DHL / UPS / FedEx): 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package in real time.

Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping is offered on most orders within the United States. Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
